Medical Benefits
Employees are entitled to a maximum of 182 calendar days of sick leave, subject to meeting certain conditions. During this period, the pay structure is as follows: the first 21 calendar days are paid at 100%, from the 22nd to the 35th calendar day, employees receive 75% of their pay, from the 36th to the 70th calendar day, they receive 50% of their pay, and from the 71st calendar day onward, they receive 35% of their pay until the remaining 182 calendar days are exhausted.
Probationary Periods
The maximum duration of the probationary period is 3 months. During this period, either party may terminate the contract by providing a notice of at least 7 days to the other party.
Termination Notice
There is a minimum of one month notice for termination.
Severance
The End of Service (EOS) gratuity is calculated as 15 days of basic salary for each year of service up to 3 years. After 3 years of service, the gratuity increases to 30 days of basic salary per year.
